Consistent, on-time deliveries of full load and LTL volumes have always been a challenge for the produce industry. Rosemont Farms has aggressively taken two pivotal steps in solving this challenge:
First, we have established a number of strategically located consolidation and forward distribution facilities that enable us to optimize inbound freight, outbound shipment of last minute orders, and quality control.
Secondly, we have created our own transportation company to assure a ready availability of trucks directed by in-house dispatchers who specialize in the transportation of fresh produce. Quality Logistics, Inc. was established as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rosemont and has been growing exponentially.
